Free is a one-time bonus. Paid plans add their credits every month, on top of it - so a paid plan is always more than Free over time, even where a single month’s number looks smaller.

- What is a credit?
- A credit is how we meter AI work. Most single actions - a drafted email, an enriched contact, an answer in chat - cost about one credit. Deeper, multi-step research costs a few.
- Do credits expire?
- Your 5,000 signup credits and any top-up packs never expire. Monthly plan allowances reset each billing cycle.
- What happens if I run out?
- We warn you at 80% of your allowance. After that you can buy a top-up pack (1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 credits) or upgrade - background automation simply pauses until you do, nothing breaks.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated through the billing portal, and your remaining credits carry over.
- Do you offer annual billing or volume pricing?
- For annual plans, higher volumes or custom deployment, talk to sales - Enterprise is built for exactly that.
