This Cookie Policy explains how BluebirdAi Pty Ltd ("BluebirdAi", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the ultragent website (www.ultragent.ai) and Platform. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control their use.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect and use personal information.
1. What Are Cookies?

2. Types of Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies. We do not show a cookie consent banner: the cookies and tools described below load for every visitor when the relevant page is opened. Section 5 explains how to block or opt out of the ones that are not essential.

3. Specific Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Examples of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies we use include:
- Session authentication tokens: keep you signed in to the Platform.
- Security tokens: protect sign-in and forms against forgery and abuse.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting the sign-up, booking and paper-request forms. Cloudflare may set or read a cookie for this check.
3.2 Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) on our website and Platform to collect information about how people use them, including pages visited, features used, time on site, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
We use Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation) on our public website to understand how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session recordings of page interactions (such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement). Clarity is not loaded in the signed-in Platform, so it never records your CRM, email or calendar data. This data is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
3.3 Marketing Cookies
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on our public website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to help show relevant ads. The Meta Pixel is not loaded in the signed-in Platform. When you create an account, we may also tell Meta that a sign-up occurred, using a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, so we can measure which ads lead to sign-ups.
We use the Spotify Ads pixel (provided by Spotify AB) on our public website, including the sign-up and sign-in pages, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Spotify. On those pages it records each page you view, including the page address, the referring page, your browser window size and your time zone. It sets a first-party cookie (__spdt) that lasts 365 days, and keeps a session identifier — plus Spotify's ad click identifier, if you arrived from a Spotify ad — in your browser's session storage. When you create a new account, the pixel also loads once, on the first page you see after signing in, solely to record a single sign-up event; it does not record page views inside the signed-in Platform. We do not pass your name, email address or other account details to the pixel. The pixel is loaded from pixel.byspotify.com and sends its data to Spotify (pixels.spotify.com), where it is processed in accordance with Spotify's Privacy Policy.
When you arrive from an advertisement or a link with campaign parameters, we store a first-party cookie recording that campaign (for example, the ad network's click identifier) for up to 90 days, so we can tell which campaigns lead to new accounts.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our website and Platform are set by third parties whose services we use. We do not control these third-party cookies. The relevant third parties' own privacy and cookie policies govern their use of cookies. Third parties whose cookies may be present include:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics)
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity — public website only)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel — public website only)
- Spotify AB (Spotify Ads pixel — public website, plus a single sign-up event for new accounts)

- Stripe, Inc. (payment processing, when you check out)

5. Your Cookie Choices and How to Manage Them
5.1 No Consent Banner
We do not ask for cookie choices through a banner, and the analytics and marketing tools described above load for every visitor. You stay in control through your browser settings and the opt-out tools below. Blocking or deleting non-essential cookies does not affect your use of the Platform; blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
5.2 Browser Controls
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. You can:
- block all cookies (note: this may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly);
- delete cookies already stored on your device;
- set your browser to notify you when cookies are placed; or
- allow cookies only from websites you trust.

- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads: manage how Meta uses information from websites to show you ads in your Meta Accounts Centre under Ad preferences
- Microsoft Clarity: block cookies for our website in your browser, or use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts
- Spotify ads: turn off tailored ads in the privacy settings of your Spotify account; you can also block cookies for our website in your browser, or use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts

5.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. As there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, our website does not currently alter its behaviour in response to DNT signals. We will revisit this as standards evolve.

Some cookies we use may collect personal information (such as your IP address or browsing behaviour). Where cookies collect personal information, that information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
