The Data tab is your hub for moving records in and out. Import contacts, accounts, and opportunities from a spreadsheet, or export them back out any time. Your data stays yours.
Open the Data tab
- Click Settings in the left navigation.
- Select the Data tab.
Import from a CSV
A guided wizard walks you through every step, and you preview the result before anything is saved, so there are no surprises.
- On the Data tab, find the record type you want to bring in: Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities.
- Click Import CSV next to it.
- Upload your spreadsheet.
- Map your columns to the matching fields.
- Review the preview, then confirm the import.
Tip
Clean up your spreadsheet headers before you import. Clear column names make the mapping step quick and accurate.
Export your records
Need your records in a spreadsheet for a report or a backup? Export is one click.
- On the Data tab, find the record type you want.
- Click Export to download it as a spreadsheet.
Download all your data
Under Your data, you can download everything Ultragent holds about you as a single file. This supports your right to data portability.
- On the Data tab, scroll to Your data.
- Click Export all my data.
- Your download begins automatically.
