Your profile is how you and your teammates recognize each other across ultragent. Your notification preferences decide what reaches you and when. Both take under a minute to set.
Open your personal settings
- Click Settings in the left navigation.
- Select Profile.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save Changes.
Update your photo and name
A photo and a clear name help your team know who is who on shared deals and conversations.
- Profile Photo: click the photo area to upload a picture from your device.
- Name: type the name you want shown across the app.
- Email: your email is your secure sign-in and stays consistent across your account.
Tip
Use a real headshot. Teams move faster when they can see who is on the other side of a deal.
Choose what you're notified about
Open Settings → Notifications to switch email notifications, task reminders, meeting reminders and priority alerts on or off, and to set quiet hours.
