Your profile is how you and your teammates recognize each other across Ultragent. Your preferences decide how proactively the AI assistant reaches out with ideas. Both live in one place and take under a minute to set.
Open your personal settings
- Click Settings in the left navigation.
- Select the Personal settings tab.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save Changes.
Update your photo and name
A photo and a clear name help your team know who is who on shared deals and conversations.
- Profile Photo: click the photo area to upload a picture from your device.
- Name: type the name you want shown across the app.
- Email: your email is your secure sign-in and stays consistent across your account.
Tip
Use a real headshot. Teams move faster when they can see who is on the other side of a deal.
Choose how the AI assistant helps you
Ultragent can quietly watch your pipeline and surface suggestions when you have a free moment. You decide whether it does, and how often.
- In Personal settings, find Proactive Suggestions.
- Turn on Enable Proactive Suggestions to let the assistant share ideas when you are idle.
- Set the Check Interval, from every minute up to every two hours.
- Click Save Changes.
Good to know
Prefer a quieter experience? Leave proactive suggestions off and the assistant will wait for you to ask. You can switch it on any time.

Where do I change my profile?
Go to Settings, then the Personal settings tab. Update your photo, name, and preferences, then click Save Changes.
How quickly will my new name and photo show up for my team?
Right away. As soon as you click Save Changes, your updated name and photo appear across the app and on every shared deal and conversation.
How often should I let the assistant check in?
A 10 minute interval is a good balance for most sellers. Pick a shorter interval when you want quicker nudges, or a longer one for fewer interruptions during heads-down time.
Can I stop the assistant from interrupting me during calls or demos?
Yes. Just turn off Enable Proactive Suggestions and the assistant will stay quiet until you ask. You can switch it back on the moment you want ideas again.
Can I change my sign-in email here?
