What AI credits are
AI credits power the smart parts of Ultragent: chatting with your assistant, drafting emails, enriching contacts, summarizing conversations, searching, and more. You don't buy credits for each feature separately. They come bundled with your plan and are shared across everything the AI does for you.
Good to know
Every new account starts with 5,000,000 free credits, shown as your credit balance. It's a one-time signup bonus that never expires.
How to see your usage
Your balance is always a couple of clicks away.
- Click Settings in the left navigation.
- Select the Billing tab.
- See your credits remaining, how much you have used, and your total for the period.
Ultragent also gives you a friendly heads-up before you run low. When you have used most of your credits, a banner appears at the top of the app with a quick link to get more.
Tip
Paid plans add fresh credits every month on top of your free signup balance, so regular users always have headroom.
How to get more credits
When you want more room, you have two easy options, both on the Billing tab.
- Upgrade your plan: choose a plan that adds more credits every month.
- Add a top-up pack: make a one-time purchase for an instant boost. Top-up credits stay with you at renewal.
