Creating an account plan is a guided, two-step build. First Ultragent drafts an outline so you can see the structure. Then it generates the full presentation with headings, talking points, charts, and images. You stay in control the whole way.
Start a new plan
- Open the Account Plans page and select New plan.
- Enter an Account Plan Title, such as your customer or deal name.
- In the Idea / Description box, describe what you want the presentation to say.
- Select Generate to create your outline.
Choose your settings
Before you generate, set a few simple options on the Settings tab so the result matches your style:
- Cards: choose how many cards (sections) your presentation should have.
- Language: pick from ten languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, and more.
- Theme: select Professional, Modern, or Minimal to set the overall look.
- Images: choose Stock Photos or Ultragent Generated visuals.
Add context for a sharper plan
Want a presentation tailored to a real customer? Open Context Sources on the Settings tab and add related contacts, emails, or notes. Ultragent uses this background to make the content more specific and relevant.
Generate the full presentation
- Review the outline Ultragent created on the Outline tab.
- When you are happy with the structure, select Generate Content.
- Watch your presentation build in real time on the Result tab.
- Switch to Presentation view to see your finished cards with charts and visuals.
Good to know
Charts such as bar, line, and pie are added automatically wherever they help tell the story, so your numbers always look clear and professional.
Tip
The more detail you add to the Idea / Description box, the more tailored your first draft will be. Mention the customer, their goals, and the outcome you want.
How long does it take?
Most plans generate in moments. You can watch the content appear on the Result tab as it builds.
Can I make the plan about a specific customer?
Yes. Open Context Sources on the Settings tab and add related contacts, emails, or notes, and Ultragent tailors the content to that account.
Can I change the number of cards later?
Yes. Update the Cards setting and generate again whenever you want a shorter or longer presentation.
Can I create the plan in another language?
Absolutely. Pick from ten languages on the Settings tab, including English, Spanish, French, and German, before you generate.
What if I want a different look?
Switch the theme or image style on the Settings tab and regenerate to refresh the design.
