Present your plan
Open your plan and switch to Presentation view to see your cards exactly as your audience will. Each card shows your headings, talking points, charts, and visuals in a clean, professional layout, perfect for screen sharing on a call or showing in the room.
Share with people and teams
- Open your plan and select Share.
- Search for a teammate or team by name, or enter an email address.
- Choose Can view or Can edit.
- Select Share to send access instantly.
Create a link anyone can view
Want to send your plan to a customer? Create a view-only link that anyone can open in their browser, no account needed.
- Select Share, then Create share link.
- Select the copy button to copy the link.
- Paste it into an email or message to your customer.
Good to know
You stay in control of access. You can see everyone with access and remove it at any time.
Download a copy
Need an offline copy? From the Account Plans page, open the actions menu on any generated plan and select Download to save the content to your device.

Share a view-only link with customers and a Can edit invite with teammates who are helping you build the pitch.
Does my customer need an account to view the plan?
No. Anyone with your view-only link can open the plan right in their browser, no sign-up required.
How do I present on a video call?
Switch to Presentation view and screen share. Your cards, charts, and visuals appear in a clean full-screen layout that looks great to everyone on the call.
What is the difference between Can view and Can edit?
Can view lets someone read the plan. Can edit lets a teammate help you make changes.
Can I download a copy to share or present offline?
Yes. From the Account Plans page, open the actions menu on a generated plan and select Download to save it to your device.
Can I stop sharing later?
Yes. Open Share at any time to remove a person's access or turn off the link.
