Your daily sales focus

How to ask your assistant what to work on today and get a ranked, reasoned list of priorities.

One question to plan your day

Instead of scanning every list to work out what matters, just ask. Your assistant looks across your overdue tasks, today's meetings, open deals and pending action items, then hands you a focused, ranked plan.

Try any of these:

  • Hey, what should I focus on next?
  • Which accounts should I focus on today?
  • Prioritise my tasks for maximum impact
  • What contacts should I reach out to today?
  • What's the highest-leverage action I can take in the next 10 minutes?

What you get back

You'll see a "Today's focus" panel with your priorities in order. Each one shows why it matters, so you can move straight into action.

  • A clear ranking: the most important item first, numbered down the list.
  • Urgency at a glance: each item is flagged Critical, High, Medium or Low.
  • The reason it's here: a short note on why this is a priority right now.
  • Deal value and due dates: so you can weigh impact and timing instantly.
  • A one-click Open: to jump straight to the task, deal or meeting.

Spot what's slipping

Your assistant is great at surfacing the things that are easy to miss. Ask it to look ahead and protect your pipeline:

  • Which opportunities need immediate attention?
  • Who haven't I contacted for a while?
  • Which accounts are slipping away quietly?
  • What tasks are blocking deal progression?
  • Which deals are most likely to close this month?
  1. Open the Chat tab at the start of your day.
  2. Ask "What should I focus on today?"
  3. Review your ranked Today's focus list.
  4. Click Open on the top item and get straight to work.

Tip

Make it a habit. A quick "What should I focus on next?" between meetings keeps you on your highest-value work all day.

Where do these priorities come from?

From your own tasks, meetings, open deals and pending action items — combined and ranked so the biggest wins rise to the top.

What do the Critical, High, Medium and Low flags mean?

They show urgency at a glance, so you can instantly see which items need attention right now and which can wait.

Can I focus on just one account?

Yes. Ask something like "What are the steps to close the Meridian Group account?" to zero in on a single opportunity.

Can it warn me about deals that are slipping?

Yes. Ask it to look ahead and it surfaces opportunities going quiet, contacts you haven't reached and tasks blocking progress.

How often should I ask what to focus on?

Whenever you like — a quick "What should I focus on next?" first thing and between meetings keeps you on your highest-value work all day.
