Search across everything
The search box at the top of the Contacts page looks across names, email addresses, companies, and phone numbers at once. Start typing and the list narrows as you go.
- Open Contacts from the left menu.
- Click into the Search box at the top.
- Type a name, email, company, or phone number.
- Click the matching person to open their profile.
Filter to the right group
Two quick filters sit next to the search box so you can zero in on the contacts that matter right now.
| Filter | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Last interaction | Show people you've spoken with recently, such as the last week, two weeks, or month. |
| Account association | Show only contacts linked to a sales account, or only those without one yet. |
Read the list at a glance
Each row gives you the essentials before you even click in.
- Color-coded freshness: a badge shows how recently you last connected, from green for fresh to red for overdue.
- Company and account: see where each person works and which account they're tied to, complete with logos.
- Quick actions: view, edit, or invite a contact straight from the row.
Tip
You can also just ask. Type a request like "Find all contacts at Acme" in chat and Ultragent pulls them up for you instantly.
Can I search by phone number?
Yes. Search covers names, emails, companies, and phone numbers all at the same time, so any detail you remember will surface the person.
I only remember the company, not the person. Can I still find them?
Absolutely. Type the company name in search to see everyone there, or ask in chat with something like "Find all contacts at Acme" and Ultragent pulls them up.
How do I find people I haven't spoken to in a while?
Use the Last interaction filter and choose the older range to surface contacts that may be due for a check-in.
How do I find contacts not yet linked to an account?
Set the account filter to show contacts without an account, then link them in a couple of clicks.
How do I tell at a glance which contacts are going cold?
Watch the color-coded freshness badge on each row. Green means you connected recently, while red flags the ones overdue for a touch.
