Every contact profile opens with a quick read on how the relationship is going. There's no report to run, the picture is right there at the top of the page.
The signals you see first
- Contact score: a simple health rating that sums up how the relationship is tracking.
- Response time: how quickly this person usually gets back to you.
- Last contact: how recently you connected, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Decision role: where this person sits in the buying decision.
Email engagement
When you've been emailing back and forth, the profile shows a quick tally of Emails Sent, Emails Received, Total Emails, and your Last Email. It's an instant gauge of momentum with each person.
Spot who's gone quiet
Ultragent watches each person's usual rhythm and gently flags when someone you normally hear from has gone quiet. That early heads-up lets you reach out and re-warm the relationship before it cools off.
- Open a contact and check the score and Last contact at the top.
- Glance at the email engagement tally to read momentum.
- If someone's gone quiet, click Email to send a friendly check-in.
- Use the Activity tab to see the full history before you reconnect.
Tip
Make the engagement strip a daily habit. A two-minute scan tells you who to call today and who can wait.
Good to know
Scores update as you keep working, so the picture always reflects the latest conversations and meetings.
I've got a long contact list. How do I know who to follow up with first?
Lead with the contact score and the Last contact date at the top of each profile. Together they point you straight to the relationships that need attention today.
What exactly does the contact score mean?
It's a simple health rating that sums up how the relationship is tracking based on your recent activity, so a quick glance tells you whether things are warm or cooling.
Will I be warned if a good customer goes quiet?
Yes. Ultragent learns each person's usual rhythm and flags when someone you normally hear from goes quiet, giving you time to reach out before the relationship cools.
How do I tell whether a deal is gaining or losing momentum?
Check the email engagement tally for Emails Sent, Received, Total, and your Last Email. A steady back-and-forth signals momentum; a one-sided count is your cue to re-engage.
Do I need to run a report to see all this?
Not at all. The whole picture sits at the top of every contact profile and updates as you work, so it's always current.
