Ultragent keeps you informed in three calm places on your phone: a focused chat thread, a visual Feed, and a Notifications center. Together they make sure the important things reach you while routine updates wait quietly for review.
Important moments come to Chat
When something is genuinely urgent and important, your assistant sends you a short message in Chat with a one-tap action, such as Join here for a starting call or Review email for a time-sensitive reply. Everyday updates stay out of the thread, so a ping always means something.
Review everything in your Feed
Feed is your visual review surface. It gathers news, signals and suggested actions in one place so you can scan and act when it suits you.
- Today: blends your latest proposals, relationship signals and email signals by recency.
- For you: focuses on suggested next steps tailored to your accounts.
- News: surfaces company news and funding updates worth knowing.
- Signals: highlights buying and relationship cues you can act on, like a follow-up email.
Your Notifications center
Open Notifications from the More menu to see your alerts in one tidy list. Filter by what you need and tap straight through to the right screen.
- Tap More, then Notifications.
- Choose a filter such as All, Active, Smart, Messages or Proposals.
- Tap a notification to open the related Chat, Feed, Task, account or email.
- Dismiss anything you have handled to keep the list clean.
Tip
Use the Smart filter to see high-signal reminders for follow-ups, meetings and tasks that deserve attention today.
What Changed alerts
Want to know the moment a contact changes jobs, a company raises funding, or a key account makes news? Open Monitoring under your account to see these What Changed alerts, mark them read, or run a fresh check anytime.
Good to know
Because routine updates stay in Feed and Notifications, the messages that reach your Chat thread are the ones worth stopping for.
Why do some updates appear in Feed instead of Chat?
Feed is for review at your pace, while Chat is reserved for important, urgent moments. This keeps your assistant helpful instead of noisy.
How do I find a specific alert?
Open Notifications from More and use the filters or search to jump to Active, Smart, Messages or Proposal alerts.
What is the Smart filter best used for?
Use Smart to surface high-signal reminders for follow-ups, meetings and tasks that deserve your attention today, all in one focused view.
Can I see when a contact or company changes?
Yes. Open Monitoring under your account for What Changed alerts on jobs, funding, news and more, and refresh anytime.
How do I keep my notifications list tidy?
Tap a notification to act on it, then dismiss anything you have handled. Your list stays clean so only the open items remain.
