Generate content from a prompt
Need a first draft? Describe what you want and let the assistant write it for you.
- Open your note and place your cursor where you'd like the content.
- Open the AI Content Generator.
- In the What would you like to generate? box, describe what you need, for example "Write a summary of AI trends for a sales pitch."
- Click Generate and watch the draft appear.
- Review it, then click Insert into Editor to drop it into your note, or Regenerate to try a fresh version.

Tick Use web search for current information when you want the assistant to pull in fresh, up-to-date details before it writes.
Polish text you've already written
Already have a rough draft? Highlight any text to bring up AI options that refine it in place. Use them to improve clarity, expand a bullet into full detail, summarize a long passage, fix grammar, or shift the tone to professional, casual, confident, or friendly.
- Select the text you want to improve.
- Choose an AI option from the menu that appears.
- Preview the result and keep it if you like it.
Review your note with smart suggestions
Ask the assistant to review your whole note and it returns inline suggestions you can step through one at a time.
- Each suggestion shows the original wording, the proposed change, and the reason behind it.
- Use the arrow keys or the arrows on the card to move between suggestions.
- Click to approve a suggestion and apply it, or reject it to keep your original.
- Choose Discard All Suggestions to clear them in one click.

Start messy. Jot rough bullet points during a call, then ask the assistant to expand and tidy them into a clean recap afterward.
