As your collection of meeting recaps, research, and deal notes grows, fast search keeps it all at your fingertips. Ultragent gives you two easy ways to find exactly what you need.
Search your Notes list
The quickest way to jump to a note is the search box at the top of your Notes list.
- From the left menu, open Notes.
- Click the Search notes box at the top of the list.
- Start typing a word from the title or a label.
- The list narrows instantly to matching notes.
- Click any result to open it.
This live search filters as you type, so you rarely need more than a word or two to land on the right note.
Ask the assistant to find notes by meaning
When you can't remember the exact title, just ask. The Ultragent assistant searches the contents of your notes by meaning, not only by keywords, so related ideas surface even when your wording is different.
- Open the assistant chat.
- Ask in plain language, for example "What did I write about the Acme partnership?"
- The assistant returns the matching notes with their titles and dates.
- Click through to open the one you want.
Good to know
Because search understands meaning, a question about "partnership discussions" can surface a note titled "collaboration talks" or "joint venture ideas."
Tips for findable notes
- Use clear titles: a specific title is the fastest thing to search for later.
- Add labels: tags like meetings, research, or deals group related notes and are fully searchable.
- Write naturally: the more context you capture, the easier it is to rediscover an insight later.
Does search look inside my notes or just the titles?
The Notes list search matches titles and labels for instant filtering, and the assistant searches the full content of your notes by meaning, so both ways are covered.
What if I forget a note's exact wording?
Just describe what it was about in the assistant chat. Search by meaning finds related notes even when your phrasing is different from what you originally wrote.
How do I quickly pull up every note for one account?
Type the account name in the Search notes box to filter the list instantly, and add a label like that account's name so all its notes group together for later.
Can I find a note before a meeting just by topic?
Yes. Ask the assistant in plain language what you discussed, and it returns the matching notes with their titles and dates so you walk in prepared.
Are my notes private to me?
Yes. Your notes are yours, and you choose when to share one with a teammate.
