Your headline numbers
- Total Deals: how many deals you have worked, with wins and losses side by side.
- Win Rate: the share of deals you are winning overall.
- Average Won Amount: the typical value of a deal you close.
- Average Lost Amount: the typical value of deals that did not land — useful for spotting where to focus.

Below your headline numbers, Ultragent highlights what tends to separate your wins from your losses — from the impact of having a strong champion to the engagement patterns that come before a close. There is also a view of how you fare against different competitors.

- Choose a time period to focus on with the period selector.
- Review your win rate, deal values, and win and loss patterns.
- Click Refresh any time to bring in your latest results.
Tip
Compare different periods to see your progress over time — a rising win rate is a great sign your approach is paying off.

Analytics grow richer as you close more deals, so the more you track in Ultragent, the sharper your insights become.
When will I see analytics?
Once you have closed some deals, your analytics fill in automatically. Keep marking deals as won or lost to build the picture.
Can I look at a specific time period?
Yes. Use the period selector to focus on a recent window, such as this quarter, or view all of your history.
What can I learn from win and loss patterns?
They reveal the habits and conditions that lead to wins — so you can do more of what works and address what holds deals back.
Can I see how I do against competitors?
Yes. Alongside your win and loss patterns, you get a view of how you fare against the different competitors you come up against.
Will refreshing pull in my latest results?
Yes. Click Refresh any time and your numbers and patterns update to include your most recent closed deals.
