What AI credits are
AI credits power the smart features in Ultragent. Every time the assistant helps you, such as answering a question, summarizing an email, enriching an account, or drafting a reply, it uses a small amount of your credit balance. Credits come included with your plan, so you can dive in right away.
- Chat answers: asking questions across your emails, contacts, and deals

Check your balance
Your balance is always easy to find, and a friendly banner lets you know when you are running low so there are no surprises.
- Open Settings.
- Choose the Billing tab.
- Review your current AI credit balance.
- Add a package whenever you want more headroom.
Good to know
When credits run low, an amber banner appears at the top of your workspace. It links straight to the Billing tab so you can top up in a couple of clicks.
AI credit questions
Do I get credits when I sign up?
Yes. You receive starter credits the moment you sign up, and confirming your account by email unlocks your full signup balance.
Which actions actually use credits?
Anything powered by AI, including chat answers, email summaries and drafts, account enrichment, and smart search. Everyday tasks like syncing and storing your email do not use AI credits.
How do I know when I am running low?
A banner appears at the top of your workspace as your balance gets low, and again if it runs out. It links directly to the Billing tab so topping up is quick.
What happens to my work if my credits run out?
Your saved data stays right where it is, and your email keeps syncing. To switch the AI features back on, simply add a package from the Billing tab.
Can I get more credits in the middle of a busy week?
Yes. You can add a package from the Billing tab anytime, and your administrator can also grant credits to your account so you never lose momentum.
