Ultragent uses secure sign-in, so you do not have to remember another password. You can log in with the work account you already use every day.
- Go to the Ultragent sign-in page.
- Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, depending on the email account you use for work.
- Confirm your account when your provider asks.
- You land in your workspace, ready to go.
Tip
Use the same work email each time you sign in. That keeps all of your emails, contacts, and deals together in one place.
First time signing in
When you create your account, we send a quick verification email to confirm it is really you. Opening that email unlocks your full workspace and your starter AI credits.
- Sign up with your work email.
- Open the verification email we send you.
- Click the confirmation link inside it.
- Return to Ultragent and start exploring.
Good to know
If the verification email is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, then mark it as Not Spam so future Ultragent emails arrive on time.
Common sign-in questions
Do I need a separate Ultragent password?
No. You sign in securely with your existing Google or Microsoft work account, so there is no extra password to create or remember.
Which account should I use to sign in?
Use the work email where your sales emails and calendar live. That lets Ultragent bring your inbox, contacts, and meetings together automatically.
I clicked the wrong provider button. What now?
Just return to the sign-in page and choose the correct option, Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. You can always start again.
I signed in but landed in an empty workspace. Is something wrong?
Not at all. A brand-new workspace fills in as your information syncs. Give it a few minutes and your inbox, calendar, and contacts begin to appear.
Can I sign in on my phone between meetings?
Yes. The Ultragent mobile app uses the same secure sign-in, so your schedule and conversations travel with you wherever you sell.
