When you ask about your data, the assistant doesn't just write a paragraph — it pulls in the actual records. You'll often see neat cards for the accounts, contacts, deals, emails, tasks or meetings the answer refers to, so the detail is right there in front of you.
See what the answer used
Below an answer, a quiet "Sources" line shows what the reply drew from — for example, "3 deals · 2 contacts · 1 email". It's a quick way to confirm the answer is grounded in the right information before you act on it.
Open any record in one click
- Read the answer and the cards beneath it.
- Click a card or the Open button to jump straight to that contact, account, deal or task.
- Use Related record links to follow the connection to a linked item.
- Return to your chat to continue the conversation.
Go deeper with follow-ups
After most answers you'll see suggested follow-up questions. Tap one to drill in further — for example, moving from "Which opportunities are at risk?" to the specific reasons behind a single deal.

How do I know an answer is based on my real data?
Check the Sources line under the answer and open any card to see the original record.
