Ultragent works alongside the inbox you already use. When you connect your email, your conversations appear in a clean, familiar three-panel view with folders on the left, your message list in the middle, and a reading pane on the right. From there, Ultragent quietly does the heavy lifting for you.
What you get the moment you connect

Connect your email
- Open Settings, then choose Email accounts.
- Select your provider — Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), or another provider.
- Sign in securely and approve access when prompted.
- Leave the "Import my email history and let Ultragent analyze it" option turned on so your past conversations come in too.
- Click Done. Your inbox begins filling in automatically.
Good to know
You can connect more than one email account. When several inboxes are linked, an account switcher appears in the folder sidebar so you can move between them.
Stays fresh on its own
After you connect, Ultragent keeps your inbox up to date in the background, so new messages flow in throughout the day without you lifting a finger. Replies you send from Ultragent also appear in your normal Gmail or Outlook conversation, exactly where you would expect them.
Tip
Connecting your sent mail as well as your inbox gives Ultragent a fuller picture of each relationship, which makes summaries and reply suggestions even sharper.
Which email providers can I connect?
