Open an email and go to the Details tab to find suggested replies written for you, each in a different tone so you can pick the one that fits the moment.
- Formal: polished and professional, perfect for first impressions and senior contacts.
- Persuasive: warm and motivating, ideal for moving a deal forward.
- Concise: short and to the point, great for quick confirmations.
Write a custom reply
- Open the email you want to answer.
- Click Write Response in the reading pane.
- Ultragent drafts a reply in your voice, using your name and your history with the contact.
- Read it over, make any edits you like, and send.
Compose with built-in coaching
For your most important emails, the AI composer goes further. It draws on everything Ultragent knows about the relationship — the contact's communication style, the state of the deal, and what has worked before — to craft a strategic, personal message. You can open it from a contact, an opportunity, or the email reading pane.
- A quality score: a quick read on how strong your draft is, shown as a simple badge.
- Coaching tips: up to five concrete suggestions, each with an Apply button to fold it straight into the draft.
- Tone to match: the composer suggests a tone that fits how your contact likes to communicate.

Pick a tone first, then send. Choosing Persuasive for a warm lead or Concise for a quick yes makes your reply feel effortless and on point.

Yes. Ultragent matches your writing style and signs off with your real name, then adapts the tone to suit the person you are writing to.
Do I have to send what it writes?
Never. Every draft is yours to edit. Nothing is sent until you review it and click send.
