Turn emails into tasks and next steps

Ultragent reads each email for you and suggests the tasks, meetings and follow-ups to act on next.

Most emails carry a hidden ask: review a document, reply by Friday, book a call, send a proposal. Ultragent reads each message and surfaces these as clear, suggested actions, so the work practically organizes itself.

Suggested actions, ready to go

Open an email and Ultragent shows the next steps it found. Each one is a single click away, and the ones that change something — like sending a reply or booking a meeting — always open an editable window first so you stay in control.

When an email says…Ultragent suggests…
"Can we schedule a call?"Create a calendar event
"Please review the attached proposal"Create a task to review it
"Following up on our last chat"Flag for follow-up
A message from someone newAdd them as a contact
Pricing talk with an existing accountCreate an opportunity

Create a task from an email

  1. Open the email and go to the Details tab.
  2. Review the suggested tasks and next steps Ultragent has pulled out.
  3. Click a suggested task to open it, adjust the title, due date or priority if you like, then confirm.
  4. The task is saved and linked back to the original email, so you always have the full context.

Meetings and follow-ups, handled

Ultragent also spots meeting requests and proposes a calendar event with a suggested time and attendees. For conversations that have gone quiet, it can recommend a friendly follow-up sequence so promising deals never slip through the cracks.

Good to know

Anything that sends a message or books time always opens a confirmation window first, pre-filled and ready for you to review and edit before it goes out.

Tip

Check the Details tab on your most important emails each morning. It is the fastest way to see every task, meeting and follow-up waiting for you in one place.

Where do my new tasks go?

Each task you create from an email is saved and linked back to that email, so you can always jump back to the original conversation for context.

Can I adjust a suggested task before I save it?

Yes. Click a suggested task to open it, then tweak the title, due date or priority to fit how you work before you confirm it.

Will Ultragent send anything without asking me?

No. Any action that sends a reply or books a meeting opens an editable confirmation window first. Nothing leaves your account until you approve it.

Can it remind me to follow up on a deal that has gone quiet?

Yes. Ultragent spots conversations that have stalled and can suggest a friendly follow-up sequence, so promising deals stay warm instead of slipping away.

Can it tell me who I still owe a reply to?

Yes. Ultragent tracks which conversations are awaiting your response, so you can quickly see who is still waiting to hear back.
