Choose what you hear about
- Click Settings in the navigation.
- Open Notifications.
- Switch Email notifications, Task reminders, Meeting reminders and Priority alerts on or off.
Changes save as soon as you make them. Anything you switch off still waits quietly in the bell and in Today for whenever you choose to look.
Set quiet hours
Turn on Enable quiet hours on the same page and choose a start and end time. Non-urgent notifications are held until your quiet hours end.

Smart timing works for you automatically
Beyond your own settings, ultragent quietly learns the times of day you tend to take action and aims to deliver reminders when you are most likely to be ready for them. It also keeps your daily volume sensible, so your list stays short and useful. There is nothing to configure; it simply gets better the more you use it.
