What smart notifications do for you

A friendly tour of Ultragent's smart notifications and how they keep you ahead of every deal.

Most tools bury you in alerts. Ultragent does the opposite. It studies your day and surfaces a short, focused list of what truly matters: the email that needs a reply, the deal going quiet, the follow-up that is overdue. You stay in control, and nothing important gets lost.

Where your notifications live

Look for the bell icon at the top of every page. The number on it tells you how many items are waiting. Click it any time to open your notification center.

Inside the bell you will find three simple tabs:

  • Suggestions: the actions Ultragent recommends you take next, ready to approve in one click.
  • Insights: helpful patterns and your weekly performance summary.
  • All: everything in one combined view.

Always know why you are seeing something

Every notification comes with a clear, plain-English reason. Open any item and you will see a short explanation such as "No activity on this deal in 14 days" or "This client usually replies within two hours." You are never left guessing why an alert appeared.

Built to respect your focus

Ultragent groups related alerts into one tidy notification instead of pinging you over and over. It also learns the times you tend to act, so reminders tend to arrive when you are ready for them. The result is fewer interruptions and more of the right ones.

Tip

Make checking the bell part of your morning routine. A two-minute review each day keeps every deal moving.

Where do I find my notifications?

Look for the bell icon at the top of every page. The number on it shows how many items are waiting, and a single click opens your notification center with the Suggestions, Insights, and All tabs.

Will I get flooded with alerts?

No. Ultragent is designed to prevent notification overload. It combines related items, prioritizes the most important ones, and keeps your list short and actionable.

What kinds of things will it notify me about?

Emails that need a reply, deals that have gone quiet, tasks coming due, meetings to prepare for, contacts to follow up with, and helpful patterns it spots in your work.

How do I know why a notification showed up?

Every item includes a clear, plain-English reason, such as "No activity on this deal in 14 days," so you can decide what to do at a glance without any guesswork.

Do I have to act on every notification?

Not at all. You can act on it, set it aside for later, or dismiss it. Ultragent learns from your choices and gets better over time.
