Once a sequence is active, enrolling contacts is what starts the conversation. Ultragent then sends each step on schedule, so your follow-up runs itself.
Enroll contacts into a sequence
- Open the sequence you want to use and make sure it is Active.
- Open the Enrollments tab and click Enroll Contacts.
- Search for the people you want to add in the panel that appears.
- Tick each contact you want to include.
- Click Enroll to add them all at once.
Ultragent confirms how many contacts were enrolled and immediately begins sending the first step according to your schedule.
Good to know
A sequence needs to be active before you can enroll people. If you do not see the Enroll Contacts button, activate the sequence first, then come back.
Let Ultragent suggest who to enroll
On the Email Sequences page, look for the Suggested Enrollments banner. Ultragent recommends specific contacts for specific sequences, with a confidence percentage and a short reason for each.
- Open Email Sequences and find the Suggested Enrollments banner at the top.
- Read the suggested contact, the sequence, and why it is a good match.
- Click Enroll to accept a suggestion, or the X to dismiss it.
- Click Expand to see more suggestions at once.
Tip
Suggestions with a higher confidence score are the strongest matches. Start with those to get quick wins.
Keep your outreach tidy
Ultragent protects your relationships automatically. If a contact is already in the sequence, or was contacted very recently, they are gently skipped so no one is over-emailed. You will see a quick summary of who was enrolled and who was skipped.
Remove a contact
Plans change, and removing someone is easy. In the Enrollments tab, find the contact and click Remove. They stop receiving further emails right away.
Can I enroll several contacts at once?
Yes. Select as many contacts as you like in the enroll panel and add them all in a single click.
What are Suggested Enrollments and should I trust them?
They are contacts Ultragent recommends for a specific sequence, each with a confidence score and a short reason. Start with the higher-confidence ones for quick wins.
Why was a contact skipped when I enrolled?
A contact is skipped if they are already enrolled or were contacted within the recent cooldown window, which keeps your outreach respectful and avoids over-emailing.

How do I stop emails to one person?
