Refresh a whole account
- Open the account you want to update.
- Click the Enrich button.
- Ultragent re-researches the company in the background and refreshes the profile with the latest details.
- When the Enriched badge reappears, you're working from current information.

Anything you added or edited yourself is always kept. Refreshing only adds and updates public information — it never overwrites your own notes and contacts.
Update just one section
Heading into a call and only need the latest news? You don't have to refresh everything. Each section of the account has its own refresh control, so you can pull fresh news, people, or signals in seconds while leaving the rest untouched.
- Open the account and go to the tab you want to update, such as Overview or People.
- Click the refresh control on that section.
- The section updates on its own while you keep working.
