From your email history, Ultragent builds a picture of your professional network and finds the warmest path to anyone you want to reach. Instead of starting cold, you start with a trusted introduction — the fastest way to win a meeting.
What Network Intelligence gives you
- Warm paths to deals: see open opportunities where you already have a connection, ranked and ready.
- Path finder: search any person or company to see how you are connected and how strong the link is.
- Top connectors: find the people who bridge the most companies in your network.
- Dormant relationships: spot valuable contacts you have not spoken to in a while, so you can re-engage.
- Network health: a simple score that shows how active and connected your network is.
Build your network
- In the left menu, click Network Intelligence.
- Click Build Network to map your professional connections from your email history.
- When it finishes, your connectors, paths and stats are ready to explore.

Find a warm path to a prospect
- In the Find Warm Path box, type a person or company name.
- Pick the matching person or company from the results.
- Review the paths Ultragent finds — each shows who connects you and how strong the link is.
Tip
Don't see the company in your results? Click the Discover option to research connections to a brand-new prospect.
Request an introduction
- Choose a path that runs through someone you know.
- Click Request Intro.
- Ultragent drafts a warm, concise message asking your contact to connect you.
- Review it, adjust if you like, and send.
Re-engage and stay connected
The Warm Paths for Your Deals panel highlights open opportunities where you already have a way in, complete with the strongest connection and the deal value. The Dormant Relationships list surfaces contacts going quiet — click Re-engage to send a friendly check-in and keep the relationship alive.
Where does my network come from?
It is built from your email communication history. Connect your inbox and click Build Network, and Ultragent maps who you know and how everyone connects.
What is a warm path?
It is a chain of people who can connect you to a prospect — for example, a colleague who knows the decision-maker you want to reach. Ultragent finds the shortest, strongest path for you.
How do I ask for an introduction?
Open a path, click Request Intro, and Ultragent drafts the message for you. Review it and send.
What if the prospect isn't in my network yet?
Click Discover to research connections to a brand-new person or company. Ultragent looks beyond your existing contacts to find a way in.
What does Network Health mean?
It is a simple score showing how active and well-connected your network is, so you know when it is time to re-engage dormant contacts.
