The Ultragent whiteboard gives you a wide-open drawing space for the thinking that does not fit in a list or a form. Sketch a territory map, plan the steps to close a big deal, run a quick brainstorm, or diagram who reports to whom inside an account. Everything you draw is saved to your workspace, so you can pick up right where you left off.
What you can do on a whiteboard
- Draw freely: add shapes, arrows, sticky notes, text and freehand sketches.
- Map relationships: lay out accounts, contacts and deal stages visually.
- Plan your strategy: outline next steps and connect them with arrows.
- Save and reopen: your boards stay in your workspace, ready when you need them.
Open your whiteboard
- In the left menu, click Whiteboard.
- Your most recent board opens automatically, or a fresh one is ready for you.
- Start drawing — pick a tool from the toolbar and click onto the canvas.
Start a new board
- Click New to begin a blank whiteboard.
- Give your ideas room — the canvas is infinite, so scroll and zoom to add as much as you like.
- Click Save when you want to keep your work.
Tip
Use one board per account or per deal. It keeps your thinking organized and makes it easy to share the right picture with the right teammate.
Find a board you saved earlier
- Click Open to see your list of saved whiteboards.
- Choose the board you want.
- It loads instantly so you can keep building on it.

Whiteboards live alongside the rest of your sales workspace, so your planning sits right next to your contacts, accounts and deals.
Do I need to install anything to use the whiteboard?
No. The whiteboard runs right inside Ultragent in your browser. Just click Whiteboard in the menu and start drawing.
Will my drawings be saved?
Yes. Click Save and your board is kept in your workspace. Click Open anytime to return to it.
How many whiteboards can I create?
Create as many as you like — one for each account, deal or idea. Click New whenever you want a fresh canvas.
Can I map out a big deal's close plan on a board?
Absolutely. Drop in shapes for each step, connect them with arrows, and add sticky notes for owners and dates. It is a great way to see the whole path to close at a glance.
How do I get back to a board I was working on last week?
Click Open to see your saved whiteboards, then pick the one you want. It loads instantly, right where you left off.
