When a teammate sends you a message, Ultragent offers a few ready-to-send replies under Suggested replies. Each one is written in a different tone so you can match the moment.

- Open a conversation where someone has just messaged you.
- Look for Suggested replies just above the message box.
- Select the tone that fits best to drop it into your message box.
- Edit anything you like, then send.
