When you connect your calendar, Ultragent brings your meetings into your workspace and keeps them in sync both ways. Create an event here and it appears in your calendar; add one there and it shows up here. No more switching tabs to know what your day looks like.
Connect in a few clicks
- Open the Calendar from your main menu.
- Choose to connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
- Sign in securely with your Google or Microsoft account.
- Approve calendar access when prompted.
- Your meetings appear in Ultragent within moments.
Good to know
You sign in directly with Google or Microsoft. Ultragent never sees your password, and you can review the access at any time.
Always up to date
Once connected, your calendar stays fresh on its own in the background, so the events you see are always current. Whenever you want an instant refresh, you can sync on demand.
- Open the Calendar.
- Click the Sync button in the header.
- Watch as new and updated events appear, with a quick summary of what changed.
Work the way you like
- Choose your view: switch between Month, Week, Day and Agenda to suit the moment.
- Create and edit easily: click any slot to add an event, or drag an event to reschedule it.
- See the source at a glance: events are colour-coded so you can tell Google, Outlook and Ultragent events apart.
- Quick navigation: use the mini calendar on the side to jump to any date.

Does syncing work both ways?
Yes. Events you create in Ultragent can flow to your connected calendar, and events from your calendar appear in Ultragent.
Can I connect Google and Outlook?
Connect the calendar that matches the account you signed in with, and your meetings flow straight into your workspace.
Do I have to sync manually?
No. Your calendar refreshes automatically in the background. The Sync button is there whenever you want an instant update.
Will Ultragent ever see my password?
