Meetings detected automatically from your conversations

When a meeting is agreed in your email or messages, Ultragent offers to add it to your calendar for you.

Plans are usually made in passing: "Let's meet next Tuesday at 2pm." Ultragent reads your emails and messages, recognises when a meeting has been confirmed, and pulls out the date, time and who is involved. Then it hands you a ready-made event to approve.

From a quick message to a calendar event

  1. Carry on emailing or messaging as normal.
  2. When a time is agreed, Ultragent prepares the meeting details for you.
  3. Review the date, time and attendees it has detected.
  4. Click Add to Calendar to confirm.

Good to know

Ultragent understands natural phrases like "tomorrow," "next Tuesday" and "in two hours," and works out the real date and time in your own time zone.

Why people love it

  • Nothing double-booked or missed: agreed meetings land on your calendar before you forget them.
  • Details filled in: the title, time and attendees come ready, so you just confirm.
  • You stay in charge: the meeting is added only when you approve it, and you can change any detail first.

Walk into every meeting prepared

Once a meeting is on your calendar, Ultragent can pull together everything you need beforehand, from the contact's background to recent emails and the deals in play. Just ask it to help you prepare, and you will have a tidy brief ready to go.

Tip

Ask Ultragent things like "What's my schedule this week?" or "Do I have any meetings with Riley Carter?" to check your day in plain language.

Will a meeting be added without me approving it?

No. Ultragent shows you the detected meeting and you confirm it with Add to Calendar. You can edit the details first.

Does it handle phrases like "next Tuesday"?

Yes. Ultragent works out the exact date and time from everyday language and uses your time zone.

Can it add the meeting for both people?

When a meeting is confirmed in a conversation, the event can be placed on the calendars of both participants so everyone is on the same page.

Can I tweak the details before the meeting is added?

Yes. You see the detected date, time and attendees first and can adjust anything you like before you click Add to Calendar.

Can Ultragent help me get ready for the meeting?

Yes. Just ask, and it pulls together the contact's background, recent emails and the deals in play into a tidy brief so you walk in prepared.
