View your schedule your way
Your calendar adapts to how you like to plan, from a big-picture month to a detailed hour-by-hour day.
| View | Best for |
|---|---|
| Month | A bird's-eye view of the weeks ahead |
| Week | Seeing how a single week shapes up, hour by hour |
| Day | Focusing on today's detailed schedule |
| Agenda | A simple list of what's coming next |
- Open the Calendar from your main menu.
- Use the view buttons in the header to choose Month, Week, Day or Agenda.
- Use Previous, Today and Next to move around, or pick a date from the mini calendar.
Add and adjust events easily
- Quick create: click any open slot to add an event with a title, time, location and guests.
- Drag to reschedule: move an event to a new time by dragging it, no retyping needed.
- Invite attendees: add guest email addresses so everyone is included.
Never miss an important moment
Set reminders on any event so a notification reaches you in good time. Choose how far ahead you want the nudge, from a few minutes to a full day before.
- Pop-up reminder: a notification appears so you can wrap up and get ready.
- Email reminder: a heads-up lands in your inbox ahead of the meeting.
- Stack them up: add more than one reminder, for example a day before and again fifteen minutes before.
Tip
Pin your day with the dashboard calendar widget. It shows today's events and counts down to your next one, with a quick add button always to hand.
How early can a reminder be?
Choose any lead time you like, such as 15 minutes, an hour, or a full day before the event.
Can I see only today's meetings?
Yes. Switch to the Day view, or use the Agenda view and the dashboard widget for a quick look at what's next.
Can I reschedule without re-entering everything?
Yes. Just drag the event to a new time, or open it and change the date. The rest of the details stay put.
Can I get more than one reminder for the same meeting?
Yes. Stack as many as you like, for example a heads-up a day before and another fifteen minutes before, so a meeting never sneaks up on you.
Which view is best for a quick look at what's next?
The Agenda view gives you a simple list of what's coming, and the dashboard calendar widget counts down to your very next event.
