Group work into projects
Projects are simple folders for related tasks, such as a key account, a campaign, or your personal admin. Give each one a colour or an emoji so your sidebar is easy to scan.
- In the Tasks sidebar, click to create a new project.
- Give it a name and pick a colour or emoji.
- Save it, then add tasks straight into the project, or drag existing tasks across.
- When a project is finished, archive it to keep your sidebar clean.
Good to know
If you ever remove a project, its tasks are kept safe and moved back to your Inbox, so nothing is lost.
See your day at a glance
Three built-in views keep you focused without any setup.
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Inbox | Everything you have captured that is not in a project yet |
| Today | Tasks due today, plus anything overdue, so you start with a clear plan |
| Upcoming | What is coming over the next seven days, grouped by date |
Find anything fast
Filters sit at the top of every list so you can zoom in on exactly what you need.
- By status: show All, Pending, In Progress, Completed or Cancelled.
- By priority: narrow the list to a single priority level when you only want the big rocks.
- By label: use labels like @callback or @urgent to gather similar tasks together.
