Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly account check-ins, quarterly renewals: the work that keeps customers happy is often the work that repeats. Recurring tasks make sure it always shows up, so you never rely on memory.
Make a task repeat
- Open the task you want to repeat.
- Find the Repeat option in the task details.
- Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
- Set how often it should repeat, for example every 2 weeks.
- Click Done, then Save changes.
Fine-tune the schedule
- Pick the days: for weekly tasks, choose the exact days, such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Choose how it ends: let it repeat forever, stop after a set number of times, or finish on a date you choose.
- Set your interval: repeat every day, every few weeks, or any rhythm that fits your routine.
How repeating works
When you complete a recurring task, Ultragent automatically schedules the next one for you and lets you know when it is due. You simply tick the task off and the next occurrence is already waiting.
Good to know
Each occurrence is its own task, so you can adjust or complete one without affecting the rest of the series.
Tip
Pair a recurring task with a priority and a project, so your routine check-ins always land in the right place at the right importance.
